Cambridge Historic School Museum - Located

The 1906 Historic School has recently undergone a major facelift and is filled with beautiful and nostalgic displays all arranged in pleasing and coordinating layouts. Each exhibit tells a different story from a time gone by, including area farm fact showcased in the Agricultural Room.  Also stop by to learn about local celebrities Arthur E. Melster: Founder of Melster Candy Company, Ole Evinrude: Inventor of the Outboard Motor, Arthur Davidson: Harley Davidson, John Rieff: Inventor and Patent Holder and Matt Kenseth: NASCAR Racer, #17.

Koshkonong Prairie Historical Society  - Located in the Historic School Museum
The President of the Historic Society will be working as a docent from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday  at our headquarters in the 1906 historic school

Booth located in front of Keystone Grill on Main St.

Opened in July 2010, this locally owned roastery by Cambridge resident, Jennifer Limmex, will be selling pounds of freshly and locally-roasted whole bean coffee from the Sumatra Mandheling district for $9 per pound plus fair-trade and organic beans from the Chajulense Cooperative in Guatemala for $12 per pound.  The Sumatran coffee is a full-bodied, low-acidic bean that is perfect for those who enjoy rich, deep chocolate undertones in the finish of their coffee.  The Guatemalan coffee, from the region of Chajul, is a brighter-flavored coffee with milk chocolate undertones and just a hint of citrus can be detected in its finish.
