Hatha Yoga
Start your day the right way with a yoga flow designed to inspire and motivate you! Hatha yoga is slower-paced and great for beginners and advanced yogis alike.
Every Tuesday and Thursday at 9 am at the Cambridge Market Cafe.
Taught by Mary Wallin of Well Rounded Guru.

Come early or stay after to enjoy a beverage or snack from the Market's selection. The Market Cafe opens at 7 am every day.
